No Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
At Ally, we maintain a strict no refund policy on all purchases. By completing a transaction with us, you acknowledge and accept that all payments are non-refundable.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in cases where a legal obligation requires us to provide one (for example, in the case of duplicate transactions due to a technical error). In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of the transaction.
